This agency is under the Independent Baptist Churches Assoc in Jamaica (AIBCJ). There are about 40 churches part of the association.

They have their own board. Chair of the board is Derek Willie (pastor of Winsdor Castle Bapt Church)

Treasurer is Duane Madden (pastor at Hillview Bapt Church, Montego Bay)
