Ministry Fundraisers

The Position

Are you a positive go-getter with deep reserves of patience and perseverance? Do you feel called to put your talents to work for His glory? Join our St. Lucia team, where we need a ministry fundraiser to help us further develop our programs.

As a ministry fundraiser, you will:

• Work with the marketing and ministry teams to understand the financial needs and goals of ABWE in St. Lucia
• Bring a successful work or volunteer experience as a fundraiser, plus a gift for managing and organizing fundraising events
• Demonstrate excellent budgeting, communications and diplomacy skills, and a willingness to learn St. Lucia’s culture
• Set an excellent example for the community by living an authentically Christian lifestyle, and developing real relationships within the national community that may further fundraising efforts
• Have a heart for missions work and the willingness to pitch in where necessary with the team

The Impact

The ministry fundraiser plays a key role in financing the operations of the church ministry, which strongly influences how community members view the church. A competent fundraiser can support the church, youth ministry, language education, marketing efforts and so much more.
