Music Ministry Instructor

The Position

As music ministry leader, you’ll create and direct a music program that complements the message of the church and shares a joyful proclamation of Christ’s love. Won’t you help us bring the truth of the gospel to Peru?

As music ministry leader, you will:

• Bring training and a talent for musical direction to Peruvian Christians, where you’ll encourage church members to share their own talents and praise Jesus with a solid Biblical philosophy of music education.
• Demonstrate a talent for leadership, as well as exceptional organizational and creative skills
• Work with church pastors to develop music programs that enhance weekly services and encourage faithful church attendance
• Live an authentically Christian life
