Short Term Seminary – Biblical Counseling Trainer

The Position

The majority of seminary training here in Nicaragua is focused on theology, but we know that pastors have to wear a lot of different hats. A great need in the Church in Nicaragua is Biblical counseling. Those who can counsel and train others to counsel would be a great benefit to national pastors and their churches.

The Need

Nicaragua is a beautiful country of lakes and volcanoes whose people need to hear that Jesus Christ alone is the only way to have relationship with God. The evangelical church is growing and new believers need to be discipled in their faith. We have wonderful opportunities to work alongside national pastors in sharing the gospel and training believers.

The Impact

The ABWE Nicaragua team comes alongside church plants and national pastors to help them as they seek to reach people in their communities. We are looking for more missionaries to join our team with gifts and abilities that would be of help to the churches.
