Youth Ministry Leaders

The Position

In this fun and engaging role, you’ll develop important relationships and create outreach programs that provide support to a struggling local church. You can prepare the next generation of Costa Ricans to influence their own communities, their country and Central America with the message of Christ’s love.

As a youth ministry leader, you will:

• Work closely with a local church to encourage participation and enthusiasm for Christ through fun activities designed to engage children and teens
• Provide guidance and instruction to children and teens who have questions about the Scriptures
• Demonstrate a passion for faith, a heart for ministry and the commitment necessary to thrive in a struggling environment
• Identify servant-leaders who can carry the message of faith into their communities
• Assist church and ABWE teammates in diverse tasks as we plant the seeds that grow strong communities

The Need

At ABWE, we believe God can use Costa Rica as a launching pad to spread the good news of His love and forgiveness. Costa Rica’s established team is looking for missionaries with experience in youth ministry, music ministry, accounting and business, healthcare, construction, and administration. ABWE and the people of Costa Rica need disciplined and mature leaders who are willing to serve and inspire others to follow Christ.
