Abel has a heart to encourage and counsel national ministry leaders in Nicaragua. Abel serves as a pastor of his church but also has begun supporting other churches in Nicaragua that are in the founding stage.
Abel said, “I have seen the Lord’s confirmation of the work with pastors, leaders, and co-laborers, since God has blessed me in the ministry of counseling, training, and teaching, opening doors for me everywhere for ministry.”
Abel grew up in a Christian family that instilled in him Christian values, and taught him and his siblings the value of prayer and reading God’s Word. At the age of seven, Abel’s mom brought him to an evangelistic campaign and his mom explained the plan of salvation to him. Abel trusted the Lord that day!
At a Christian youth camp many years later, Abel understood his responsibility in mission work and so began to actively serve alongside other missionaries in his church. Abel even took several years to study at several Bible institutes and has earned his bachelor’s degree in theology. Now he serves other Christian leaders in his own country of Nicaragua through counseling and encouragement. Abel and his wife have one daughter.
